We know from our customers: Everyone has different experiences with the different shipping providers in Germany. We ship exclusively with DHL as this service provider has proven to be the best private customer service.

Free shipping from invoice value:

Below that we ship from a reasonable € 5.90 incl. VAT with DHL package
The prices for exceeding the weight, please refer to the following tables.Other shippers can be selected for a corresponding surcharge.
If you are within the free shipping flat rate with your order and want to use another provider, we ask you to inform us during your order process using the message box .Depending on the order, this may be subject to an additional charge. Generally, shipping charges are calculated based on weight. Each record purchased from us is provided with a new PE outer sleeve, which is included in the price.
All our shipments are insured and transported in appropriate record shipping boxes.
We are committed to environmental protection and resource conservation. As a bulk shipper, we receive a lot of packaging from supplier shipments. As far as possible, we continue to use them, as long as they are of damage-free quality. This benefits all of us as well as those who come after us.

Please note that in case of non-stock orders, we generally ship only when the order has been completely received by our company. If we recognize early that there could be a delay in delivery, we will send a partial delivery. In case your order is still not in stock after 4 weeks, we will initiate a partial delivery free of shipping costs in any case.
